Personal Training
Lisa’s training provides individuals with focused one-on-one attention. Through consultation with Lisa, individuals learn how to create a healthy lifestyle in small, easy to implement steps. Through consistent workouts with Lisa, individuals build strength, cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, balance and more.
Lisa May is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Practitioner through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. She has been educating with AFAA and NASM for over 35 years. Lisa teaches evidence-based information and techniques in order to help her clients become healthier and reach their goals.
Nutrition
Exercise and nutrition work together within a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition is as important to the individual looking to improve health and fitness levels as it is to athletes. Lisa will teach you how to make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day, prepare for workouts, recuperate better from workouts, and discover the vitality of healthy eating. She teaches proven information and techniques as well as evidence-based, motivating information for creating positive nutritional changes.
Lisa May is a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Nutrition Coaches provide evidence-based guidance and information, then motivate and encourage Clients to success with behavioral techniques - actionable, proven methods to help Clients reach their personal health and wellness goals with professional guidance in both consultations and coaching sessions.
Group Classes
Lisa teaches a variety of classes customized for different groups. She currently teaches: Senior Strength and Stretch, Senior Seated Yoga, Core and More, Restorative Yoga, etc. Please contact Lisa if you are interested in having a class designed for a group you are part of.
